The meeting was also used as a needs assessment exercise to respond to the call for proposal by OXFAM in Cash Transfer Programming. Feedback and recommendations obtained were integrated into the formulation of the CTP proposal.  For instance, the mask production and access road rehabilitation using the Cash for Work approach and provision of unconditional cash grants to most vulnerable households were integrated into the CTP proposal.
